Dangerous waters
I used a Polarizing filter to get rid of the reflections in the water and a ND-filter to get a long exposure. It was during the middle of the day and I wanted to add some drama to the scene. In post I added to the drama by converting to Black and White and then deliberately rendered it a bit dark and contrasty.
